     Isador Bermer married Leah Noschkes, daughter of David Noschkes and Goldie Süss.

     Isador Bermer died on 25 March 1909 New York.1 He was buried Lemberger Congregation Anshe Ashkenaz, Gate 6, Path B Left, Queens, New York. Name lister as Berner. Burial record comment on jewishgen, reads: husband / tombstone fallen down flat on its face cannot be read / Itzak in NYC death index. Spouse listed as Lena.1

     David Noschkes was also known as Dawid Leib.1
He was born between 1872 and 1887 Lvov, Austria Hungary. According to Yad Vashem's pages of Testimony, he was born in 1872. According to David's letter to Adolph, he was 63 in 1940 which would make his birth year 1877. According to his immigration manifest in 1910, he was 27. Which would make his birth year 1883. According to JRI, he was born in 1887.2,3 He was the son of Simon Noschkes and Debora Fetter.

     David Noschkes married Carlotta Eichhorn, daughter of Sigmund Eichhorn and Rosalia Wollheim, in Savonsk Brod, Croatia.4
     David Noschkes and Carlotta Eichhorn immigrated to New York, New York, on 19 July 1910. David, "Charla", and Louis emigrated to the US on the Kronprinz Wilhelm from Bremen, Germany. They gave their place of residence as Sarajew, Hungary and their ethnicity as Osten (German), Hebrew. David, age 27 was listed as previously having been in US in 1903. (I do not know when they returned to Sarajevo but were caught there during the holocaust.) Charla was 27.5

     He represented the German shipping company, Shenker in Yugoslavia/Croacia. He was supposed to be the most well off of the brothers. circa 1940.6

     As of 1942, David lived at Zagreb, Yugoslavia.7

     David Noschkes died circa 1942 Sarajevo during the Holocaust. The story is that his son, Louis was shot in front of him just before he was shot..7

According to the JRI-Poland Lviv Birth records, Szymon Noschkes and Debora Fetter had a son, Benjamin Wolf born in 1880 in 1880.1 He was born in 1880. He was the son of Simon Noschkes and Debora Fetter. Adolph Noschkes immigrated with his mother Debora on 10 November 1900 New York "Debora" Noschkes immigrated from Hamburg, Germany on the Pennsylvania. She was 46 years old and listed her place of residence as Mostar. She arrived with her children, Adolph, age 12 and George, age 9. They listed their ethnicity as Austrian and were going to her husband, Simon in New York.2,3

     George Noschkes was born on 9 September 1891.1 He was the son of Simon Noschkes and Debora Fetter. George Noschkes immigrated with his mother Debora on 10 November 1900 New York "Debora" Noschkes immigrated from Hamburg, Germany on the Pennsylvania. She was 46 years old and listed her place of residence as Mostar. She arrived with her children, Adolph, age 12 and George, age 9. They listed their ethnicity as Austrian and were going to her husband, Simon in New York.2,3
     He was an itinerant peddler in the West. According to an e-mail from Steven Hochberg, his grandson, George sold dry goods from horseback in various parts of the Western states/territories before being called back to be with his parents. He was always reluctant to speak of it but Steven had the impression that he always regretted lost opportunities and some underlying resentment at having to abandon the area in favor of returning to the East Coast to meet familial obligations.. What he knew was fragmentary: having to dodge local sheriffs for not having a peddler's license and for searching out the homes of Seventh Day Adventists as Friday approached so he could wrangle an invitation to Sabbath Dinner. circa 1910.4
     George Noschkes appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of New York New York in the household of his parents Simon Noschkes and Debora Noschkes.5

     George Noschkes married Lena Weiner on 11 February 1923.6
     George Noschkes and Lena Noschkes appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Bronx County,New York, at 66 West Tremont Avenue, enumerated 4 April 1930 He was listed as George Noschkes, age 37, age at marriage, 30, born Austria, immigrated 1900, naturalized, salesman of wholesale silks, rent $52. Also listed were wife Lena, age 30, age at marriage 23, born Austria, immigrated 1905, naturalized, occupation clerk, and daughter Deborah, age 4 years 9 months, born New York.7

     George Noschkes died on 15 November 1968 Washington, District of Columbia, at age 77.1,8
